I called Tom up to discuss a potential project. It turned out that what I had in mind was too small of a scale for his company, but he gave me leads to other companies to reach out to and advice on what I needed to consider. Even after deciding that I wasn't really a potential customer, he was helpful and personable. If I ever have a larger project, he will be my first call again.
