I had a bit of an unusual request - I have a professional recording space in my home that I needed to be better insulated from outside noise. Tom and Johnel came up with a fantastic plan to make the room silent on the inside, and we tested it along the way to make sure it was working. When the first pass wasn't quite enough, they reworked the design to add more insulation, and wouldn't give up until I had what I came for. Their communication was clear, they tolerated all of my anxious phone calls, and I could tell from the start they just wanted to help me however they could. And Marla at the office was always wonderful to talk to! Overall, great experience, 10/10, would insulate again.
