After a brutal winter with trash insulation on my second floor I knew it was time to get serious! After I gutter my second floor CGI came in and sprayed R30 closed cell foam. When I came in to inspect after they were finished I was blown away with how clean everything was! Every thing was trimmed and nothing was dirty!! 10/10 recommend! Working with Tom, he really gave a personal touch to the entire experience! Thanks CGI!

Tom Decker was amazing! We had a terrible experience with another company, and the foam was dripping down our basement wall. Tom returned my message, on a Sunday at that, and was able to assess the damage with some pictures. He reassured us that we were not in danger due to toxicity, but said something wasn't done right. Tom quickly came to our home the next day to do an in person assessment. Gave us a lot of information about what the company did wrong, also gave us many contacts besides him, to help us. Not only is he willing to have his company fix the problem, but also gave us other resources to look into. Tom is the definition of a professional. You can tell he is very passionate about his work, and making sure other contractors run an ethical business for the chicagoland consumers. I would trust him with my home 100x over.
