My review is more about Tom Decker and his approach to building his business and being an active part of his community. Although I've only know Tom for a short time, I was immediately aware that he is, what I like to call, Other Person Focused. I'm sure that's a big part of his business success, a strong focus on his customers. I'm speaking also about his focus on the formerly incarcerated population and his other contributions to people that need a little more assistance that others. It's really gratifying when I meet someone who has a good handle on their purpose. That's Tom. I hope that I have an opportunity to work with him or support him in doing the things that really matter.

Tom took time to hear about the issues we were having in the attic. He gave me advice and pointed us in a direction I had not thought of. I appreciate his knowledge and information.
