Tom is an incredibly gracious, smart, and helpful man. After we had a contractor do a terrible job insulating a remodel, Tom took time to listen to my entire situation, console me, and walk me through the next steps. He came out to our house the next day and explained all of our options to us and answered all of our questions--even ones that didn't have to do with insulation. He's a genuine guy who wanted us to have a happy, comfortable home, and most importantly he was honest. Exactly the type of person we needed when we were in a jam.
