Tom is very thoughtful and guide us trough our attic moisture problem. We highly recommend him for any isolation work.

On initial install, there was an issue after the crew had left. Upon hearing that I wasn't satisfied, they re-dispatched a crew to make it right the very next day. I am very happy with the results, and am happy to have made this investment in my home. Marla was great to work with, and the crew lead James was extremely courteous, professional, and conscientious in our home.

When I had question on a home DIY attic insulation project I was working on, I called Chicago Green Insulation because I heard they were the best at doing this type of work. Their website even encourages people to call with questions, so I did. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from the owner, Tom Decker, who patiently took time out of his day to help answer all my questions despite not hiring his company and me doing the work completely on my own. Not only did I find his years of experience and knowledge in the field extremely helpful, but I was also thoroughly impressed that this company's owner was willing to help a complete stranger like me. It speaks volumes as to the integrity and character they have and that I'm sure shines through in all of their work.

Tom, the owner, came to my house for an inspection after my roof had suffered hail damage. I was concerned that our insulation needed attention. So kind and polite. He removed his shoes when he came in so as to not dirty the floor and it got better from there. He thoroughly examined our attic insulation and told me not to spend a penny on it. He also reviewed my thermostat settings for the Humidifier. Should be kept between 30 and 40. Then he left and charged us nothing for visit.....all on a Saturday morning. What a great and honest man
