Tom came to the house promptly to address my issue with pipes freezing. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained the options and provided helpful pointers. A no pressure process, I never felt like he was trying to upsell me.

I couldn’t be happier with Chicago Green Insulation. I had a unique project, and got several quotes. Tom got the job not because he was cheapest, (which he was) but because he understood my needs and came up with a unique approach that saved time and money. I didn’t get a cheap job, I got a great job, done for less money because of Tom’s expertise.

I contacted Chicago Green Insulation to see if anything could be done to prevent my pipes from freezing again this winter. Tom called me back and was over to inspect my house by the next day. He did a thorough inspection of the areas where I’ve had freezing and went down into the crawl space to see how well it was insulated. It turned out that my crawl space already was insulated but Tom alerted me to several other things I could do to help potentially avoid having my pipes freeze. A couple of his suggestions were ones I could do on my own while others will require professionals to do the work. Tom very nicely offered to help get a quote for one of the jobs with someone in the industry that he has worked with for many years. Although I wasn’t able to hire Tom to provide any insulation work for me, I really appreciate how much he has gone above and beyond, even long after he knew I wasn’t going to need his services.
