Dan is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The loan process went very smooth and I was able to close in half the time, and with as good a rate as the credit union was offering. Closing costs were also less and the loan I got has better features. Dan is the man.

Daniel has been phenomenal to work with. We reached out to him late on a Friday night, he was still working and got moving on our loan right away. We had been made false promises by another vendor and Daniel truly underpromised and overdelivered throughout the entire process. His rates were by far the most competitive and he made the entire process for me simple and easy. There was not one time that Dan did not answer his phone whenever I called him. Daniel was great to work with. I found him online, and from the first phone call on, he provided exceptional service. He offered different options to lower the points and get our credit even higher and was thorough in his explanations. Most importantly, the quote he generated matched the Loan Lock. With other brokers, we were told one thing in the estimate, only to see much higher closing costs later. He was honest, his team was hardworking and thorough, and I would recommend him to anyone. Not only did we close on time with a short window, but when our closing date was pushed back in negotiations with the seller, he actually worked with the lender to close our paperwork a week early and not have to deal with a rate lock extension. We saved $4k in closing costs by switching from our realtor's recommended agent to Daniel.
