Between the work day and running a household, the idea of refinancing seemed daunting.
After starting the application process with 2 different companies, mostly based on public radio recommendations - Not only were both companies terriable about returning my calls or remembering my name, I was astounded by their expensive closing costs. Astounded! (Regardless that I could avoid upfront cost and they'd just tack it onto the loan).
I couldn't help thinking "Shouldn't this process be simpler and cheaper? I already have the house."
So I took to my smart phone. On lunch breaks I was googling interest rate calculators and more thorough researching of mortgage companies.
Thank goodness I found Daniel at Utah Low Rate!
From the beginning he made me valued. He gave honest and personalized advice for my situation and future planning. I feel like I received the same type of service that he would've given to a close personal friend. The process was entirely done by phone calls, text messages, and email documents - sometimes recieved after hours and on weekends, he'd always respond.
The only physical appearance I had to make was signing the closing docs at the title company. *Which the company he chose for us was Monument Title - also fantastic service.
I can't possibly say enough positive remarks on the quality of Daniel's service! He really went above and beyond any of my expectations. You will be in the best hands Utah mortgages has to offer with Utah Low Rate.

If you're looking for a home loan this is your place without any doubt! I personally had the run around elsewhere while being friends with the processor who's hands were tied with little to no options. Having been self employed for a limited amount of time I have faced some unforeseen hurdles to getting a loan done on my condo that other loan officers were unable to help me with. Danny is very knowledgeable when it comes to options for a loan and was very helpful throughout the process and got the job done at a great rate!
