I started searching and calling brokers, banks and credit unions while still searching for a home. After being turned down by two brokers and my credit union, I ran across Daniel and his ad on a Real Estate site. Although, I was skeptical at the time I made the call and left a message Daniel returned my call the next morning. The first thing I noticed was Daniel didn't treat me like a number or just another person. He actually took the time to really understand where I was at and patiently explained the process to me and how the qualifying really works and what I would qualify for. From start to finish Daniel had me qualified and wrapped up in 10 days. Thanks to Daniel for helping through the process! Never give up!

Daniel Paris is amazing. We had a house being built and the lender we were using at the time was giving us an approval on our loan and 2 weeks before we were supposed to move our family from one state to another, denied us for stupid reason. That’s when we were given Daniel’s number, and he said he could do it and he sure did! He saved my family big time! I would recommend him ten times over.

Daniel is the best there is. We had complex financials that we knew would be challenging for underwriting and he worked tirelessly to ensure everything was executed on promptly. We had chats first thing in the morning on some days and 10:30 p.m. at night on others. He truly cares about his clients and that was clear from the start. We got an incredible rate, were able to execute the lock immediately when we wanted to, and we were clear to close start to finish in a little more than 2 weeks. He and his team worked faster than we were even able to move. Everything was so well buttoned up on the loan and well communicated that we closed in under 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic experience and should we need a mortgage or refinance in the future, we know who to call.

No exaggeration, Dan is truly the man. I researched for hours, agonized and called too many lenders, and finally found Dan - who I didn’t know from Adam - and who time and time again not only had the best pricing, but actually took the time to consult me through the whole process. Trust me and read the story below…
Daniel looked out for and stood up for me every step of the way as I dealt with a dishonest builder who for 9 months was trying to bully me out of my contract for more money. When that sale fell through (unfortunately with the courts now), Dan rode through the lows with me, and had done such a good job qualifying me with the banks, that when the next home in this insane market came around a few months later, it was thanks to him that the seller chose me from 3 others in a bidding war. Dan still had the best pricing and hopped on the phone with the seller to matter-of-factly market me as the most qualified, quickest closer. And we did just that - in 10 days (from Jan 25 to Feb 4), we went from a signed REPC to closing, funding, and keys in hand.
I can’t recommend this guy enough. You’re doing yourself a huge disservice if don’t seriously consider Dan as your lending partner. Just a good human too - I actually consider him a friend! Thanks again Dan, couldn’t have done it without you!

Daniel and Kristina make a really good team. It was great working with them. They really went above and beyond to help us get the best rate available to us. . . Things did get a little challenging towards the last week but that is almost always the normal with new builds. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rate. And if I ever need another morgage or need to refinance in the future, this will be the first place I call.
