It’s hard to express the gratitude I have for this practice. From the reception staff through to the vets. We recently had to say goodbye to our little dog Russell after 13 wonderful years. Emma was our vet and she is absolutely one in a million. Our little boy was an anxious one but with Emma he was always that bit calmer. She is just amazing and could not recommend her enough.

Paid 75 pounds consultation fee for anti flea and de worming treatment. Person incharge also nipped my puppy’s nails causing a lot of bleed when cutting them. And then come out and pay a bill of 215 pounds is beyond scary as the place doesn’t explain upfront what you are paying for. They don’t provide itemised bills unless asked. For treatments with insurance and serious problems it is a different matter. But charging 75 pounds to give anti flea and de worming tx sounds like a fraud. Always always ask them before you take their services to know the charges. I was not charged consultation for a visit in January for anti flea and de worming and today i was asked to pay 75 pounds with no heads up from them. This is not small money to not be told about clearly before spending..
Checking my invoice and charged for a smart collar which was never given to my puppy. Check your bills and see what you are paying for. This place feels like a fraud.

Vets recommend to put my dog to sleep even not all test results came back.
We brought him back home and he recovered. can’t believe what they said, seriously disappointed.

Just noticed my last review when my little dog went in for monthly nail clipping & monthly meds, the big man forced her mouth open & gave her a worm tablet, her front teeth came out, he must've used some force for sure, i did never give permission for the vets to give any meds. The main Vet read this other review asked me to come in & said if I took up the offer (no payment) to go in to see her i would not have to pay neither would i be able to take this complaint further. She did absolutely nothing ! Except look her over.
Why was i asked to go in a couple days after this bully of a man did this, my dog wriggled so much the young woman Vet said she needs an X Ray & possible pain killers, that cost £90 a month. Then the cherry on the cake is, I've just seen the last review & Goddards are saying I'm not a customer of theirs. I can't believe how on earth they get away with it !!!

Probably the best vet I have ever seen. I took my dog here last week, Lawrence and his nurse were amazing, they treated my pet almost immediately and dealt with great care, thankfully my little doggy is feeling much better after being cared for. They were open and honest to all of my questions and even followed up to check on him. Thank you so much

Thank you to the very kind lady I spoke to last night about my old cat. In my state of panic I forgot to ask her name. I called at around 7pm very worried about my cat, she was very knowledgeable, kind, calm and gave me such reassurance.
