This clinic is simply amazing. My daughters little dog got savaged by an unknown dog today and the vets here were so kind. They did everything they could but he had to be PTS. The kind way they treated my daughter went beyond anything. Thank you so much especially the young female vet.

Allowed a woman to use my wife's name to have treatment on her dog, substantiated only with a letter she'd found in a house we had moved from. Said woman never returned to the vet with payment as promised (surprise surprise) and my wife ended up getting a CCJ against her and we were unable to buy a house for 5 years. The vet's policies, lack of common sense, and main office staff who were useless ended up ruining our lives.

I am so upset from the experience with this clinic. I have a lovely healthy kitten. I was advised to do the sterilization for her when reaching 6 months. I was not told about possible complications and was told that it is simple procedure. My poor kitten had the procedure and then she started to deteriorate over the 4 days after the procedure. she was vomiting, and constipated. I went to the emergency service on Sunday and was told that she is absolutely fine and that it is normal to have vomiting after the procedure. They gave her anti-emetic, said this will also help with the constipation and allowed her back home. They asked me to come back on Monday. She kept deteriorating and stopped urinating when they saw her on Monday they said she has acute bilateral kidney injury. They did a referral to specialist as they do not have even the expertise to deal with these cases. so they can do the procedure but they are not able to manage complications!! I really hope she will be better and that she will be back to how she was before the operation.

Fantastic. Took our cat there for her first appointment and vaccinations. Really kind and helpful and even helped getting a matted bit of fur off we had struggled with! Staff very friendly and helpful. Doing a great job during this covid crisis.

Non-caring and impersonal vets and very rude and dismissive reception staff. They are really only interested in making money and what they can charge.

Thanks to Richard and the team at Goddard Dundonald, we lost our pet passport while in Spain and they made sure we were able to get a replacement to get ourselves back home. Richard is a great vet and clearly loves animals. Thanks again!

I called on the 28th March 2020 for an emergency for my cat that is extremely poorly and that I felt needed to see a vet urgently as he was deteriorating rapidly. The "nurse" that answered the phone didn't take my concern seriously and kept wanting to argue with me on the phone about what is acute and what is chronic instead of actually caring about the state of my cat and listening to the fact that the blood test he had a week prior (by the vet in our area) showed that everything regarding kidneys, liver etc came back as completely normal, not indicating a "chronic" kidney or liver problem which she kept trying to refer to without ever having seen my pet?! I understand many cats have kidney and liver problems and those are chronic conditions but my cat has been fine up until about a week and a half ago and the blood work hasn't indicated a chronic condition either. I don't understand why someone who is meant to care about animals just wanted to keep me on the phone to argue about what she thinks is a chronic condition... I care about my pet and getting him care and not about someone other than a skilled vet sharing their expert advise without ever having seen my cat or examining him. Please 'nurse' find another job in a non animal environment. The care I have had in the past from Goddard Vets has been excellent.
