Excellent Veterinary staff, and friendly and helpful receptionists. I especially like the seperate cat friendly waiting area, to help cats not be frightened by canine patients!

I’m giving this review as unfortunately despite calling ahead to confirm, I travelled 45 minutes to collect my dogs medicine only to find out it hadn’t actually arrived and it had been a waste of my time. However, in my opinion accidents happen and mistakes are made and that’s life! What warrants a 5 star review is the effort the staff made to get the medication to me the next day by having them sent to a vets closer to me. The staff were very apologetic and did everything they could to get me the meds ASAP. Accidents happen but the way they’re dealt with afterwards is what counts. Thank you ladies!

My staffie was in there for a few days....the day after he came out (the insurance money run out) he had to be put to sleep......I'll never forgive or for get.....and I'm a great believer in what goes around comes around

This is very good vet group with caring vets who try there hardest for each animal in there care. Highly recommended.

Excellent care and continual updates provided by all vets attending. Reasonable fees for the amount of treatment and care for emergency admission and 3 day stay. Recommended

We visited this practice on Saturday early afternoon as our vet was closed then. The invoice showed a £120 consultation charge because between 5pm and 10pm. Our consultation happened before 5pm! When I pointed that out, I was told that all customers from other practices were charged that standard amount. Very weird... Furthermore, the vet had added an additional charge "by mistake". On top of everything else, the treatment given to my dog made him more ill than he was... I had to go to our vet on Monday, to solve the problem... I shall not go back again and I definitely do not recommend this veterinary practice.
