Paid £3000.00 for various treatments only to end up being told there was nothing they could do for my cat. Not blaming the staff but whoever is in charge of the pricing is on to a winner.

I have been a client of Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital for a long time now - over 2 decades! I never fail to be impressed by their kindness, professionalism and just general care. They have just looked after - and cured - my very poorly dog, when she had a horrible and serious GI issue and they were fantastic! As a pet owner I feel genuinely grateful to have them as my vets!

All staff were very friendly, kind & supportive at what was a very sad & difficult time for us. Our cat "Daddy" was,an emergency admission.on the Friday. He was hospitalised, once stabilised had a scan & tests.Sadly results were not good. For his sake we had to say goodbye to him the following day. A time was arranged for us to go to be with him.We had time alone with him, then when ready,we called the vet ,we stayed with Daddy during the injection, until he passed into his final sleep, & for a short time afterwards. Throughout his time there,I was kept informed of his condition.Given adequate time for asking questions/ given full answers /explanations. We can't rate everyone from reception to Vets for all they did. Highly recommend them.

Have no bad things to say about Stone Lion. Only praise. They've taken care of two of our dogs and zero complaints. Both have always been treated with love and care.

Amazing vets, I wouldn’t go anywhere else My two Shitzus Ted and Max have had many great experiences at Stonelion for the past 10 years. My dogs have been poorly many times (tummy, ears, eyes - you name it they’ve had it) each and every time the amazing vets and nurses looked after my boys and I am so grateful for the wonderful service they provide I wholeheartedly recommend Stonelion and all the team members including vets Alex, & Francesca, Lyndsey & Annette on the front desk - all providing a great service | thank you Lisa in Wimbledon

Such an amazing team within this vets surgery. My Bolt was extremely ill with acute pancreatitus, he spent 4 days in there care, we visited once a day so he knew we love him plus wanted him to get better and come home, he started to become anxious so I left belongings of mine with him so he thought I was with him which was changed daily until he was able to come home, he has made an amazing recovery so far and I know its still very early in his recovery however Bolt is already starting to get back to his normal demanding ways

Can thoroughly recommend ‘Stone Lion’ as one of the most professional and caring practices we have ever dealt with. Contactable 24/7 and have received excellent support and advice throughout the night when needed without feeling pushed into expensive out of hours visits. Everybody so nice throughout - Vets, reception ….everyone Fran is a wonderful vet ,she is so caring and puts your mind at rest. Fran even phoned us when we were away to check on our little dog that everything was ok .Thank you all at Stonelion.

I've visited this vet clinic twice for emergency treatment, and each time, the staff has been incredibly lovely, helpful, and supportive. The prices are transparent, and the communication is excellent. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Wrong diagnosis for the second time at Goddard. Really unprofessional investigation after my dog was referred to Wimbledon Hospital Vet for an ultrasound. They have diagnosed him with pancreatitis and with HA diet for just 1 month. After a month on this food, his condition got worse, and I ended up taking my dog to the Ralph Pet Specialist in Marlow. The new hospital confirmed the wrong diagnosis. This is the second time I have experienced this, as the first time was in 2022 when I took my dog for an emergency appointment as his face was paralysed. This was in Tooting Goddard. The vet checked his ears, and he could not see the massive inner ear infection he was suffering and almost ended in a meningitis. The last thing I would like to point out is how terrible the full approach of Goddard vets is. Consultations are not with you present the same as diagnosis. Also, it took me 3 weeks (after several calls) to ask for his scan images and blood test (to keep this in my records). Surprisingly! When I got his results, the surname of my dog was wrong, so it made me think at some point that the diagnosis was from a different dog.
