I sought emergency care last night for my 6m old kitten with a non life threatening but very difficult problem. I was really scared and also very embarrassed and so worried for my kitten who is my first pet who I obviously adore. Beth the nurse could not have been more kind or patient and also solved our problem within about 20 mins. No wait to be seen. I’d have paid three times what I did for their speed and professional service. Thank you so much.

Just like to say a BIG THANK YOU for looking after my Miniature Schnauzer Max so well. It was heartbreaking to have to leave him with you as he was so poorly , but it made it easier knowing he was in such professional and caring hands! . Amazing service out of hours. So friendly and helpful. We were very worried about our dog but they did everything they could to help him and he was home the following morning. The vet and nurse on call were incredible: knowledgable, diligent and patient.

If they had a ten star ⭐️ option here I would give it. Fran is quite simply the most incredible vet I have ever come across; she’s knowledgeable, she’s kind and she makes you feel like your beloved pet is in the best hands possible…which is what’s most important for me. The lovely ladies who work on reception are equally awesome! I really am so grateful to all the folks at Stone Lion for taking such good care of my Barnaby ❤️
