Have been dealing with Swift for about 3 months now with my ebay store for my business and so far so good. They made the transition easy and smooth
Cost for what you get is quite reasonable. System is easy to use and support has been good with only a couple little bugs which got sorted pretty much on the spot, there was NO down time at all for my ebay store which has around 1300 items listed.
I might also add that my store was done on the week leading upto the Christmas Break and despite the fact they were about to close for 3 weeks for the break, they gave me contact details so if anything did go wrong (which it did not) during this time I could get an immediate resolution.
Swift have also made other offers in relation to my direct online store and web site which I will in the future look at also taking to align my ebay store and online store
Since the upgrade I have had MANY regular customers comment on the new look and feel of the store. I have had a good increase in sales as well, not sure if this is a result of the store upgrade, the new stock I have introduced or a bit of both. Either way has helped my business greatly.
I would recommend this company without hesitation, I did look at several companies at the time and Swift were the most responsive, proactive and helpful out of the lot of them. Swift from the start were up front about charges for work, when various payments would be due and how much.
