I scheduled a routine oil change for my 6 month old vehicle - 1st time I brought it in for any service here. My car was ready to go (and washed too!) in roughly 1 hour. I was pleased with the prompt service. I received a print out that described all the checks and results that were performed (no verbal recap). The waiting room is comfortable and there's a separate kids playroom. There is a television in the waiting room and nearby vending machines. There does not appear to be any complimentary coffee and water available, which is a nice feature that I've found at other dealer waiting rooms.
