I couldn't have asked for a better first-time buying experience. Michael Solare, Luciano Garcia, and Jose Martinez were great and helped set me on purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX-9. Naturally, from regular use, the CX-9 had received some wear to the brake rotors. I voiced my concerns to Mike who reassured me that he wouldn't let me leave the dealership without adequate brakes. He offered to get the rotors cut free of charge and would even provide a loaner vehicle for getting to work on Monday. I was very surprised when I came back from work to a full new set of rotors and brake pads. Thank you very much for making this happen, Mike and Jose. The finance office was very transparent and not overly pushy on warranties. Luciano let me know when a specific warranty or add-on was a good/bad deal. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions over basic terminology and would read every document handed to me to sign. Luciano was very understanding and encouraged questions.
