The initial contact was with Krystal via phone, she provided excellent customer service not being pushy or rushed, very inviting. When I arrived the next day to see and test drive the car i wanted to purchase, she was out of the office, so ELIAS immediately took over; excellent sales person, very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Even the finance person was nice I think his name was Rick (sorry if I got the name wrong ), but my overall experience was wonderful!!
