The sunroof on our Chevy Equinox stopped working. We called Sunrise and they set up an appointment right away. They checked our records and found we were covered by our extended warranty. Our service rep., Jeorge, was extremely helpful. He explained that it would take a few hours to repair but offered a ride home and back. The original replacement motor was defective and he notified us immediately and set up a new appointment for the next day.
Jeorge kept us updated and was very respectful and professional.

Was very satisfied with the service. The service writer Jim was very professional in keeping me posted on what was happening. Only thing I was disappointed in was they just put the spare tire in my trunk instead of putting it where it belongs and tightening it down
