When I walked into the Sunrise Chevrolet dealership the first person to greet me was Javier Guzman and when I sat down at his desk I noticed a very large display of awards on his desk and after working with him on my purchase I can fully understand why he has so many awards. He was a very patient and thoughtful person to work with he made a sometimes difficult process very easy and enjoyable experience. And Luciano Garcia the Finance Manager was equally a pleasure to work with. Sunrise Chevrolet was a different dealership than we have ever experienced, in the best way possible! We could tell that this place was different from the second we walked in - every single person working there took the time to smile and wave ‘hello’ to us. They set us up to work with Mike right away. He was wonderful! He really listened to what we were asking and continuously adjusted his searches as we added/changed our criteria. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and was able to answer all of our questions. He made sure that we were getting what we wanted and was not ‘pushy’ at all. Even while we were working with the sales manager, Mike remained present to ensure the process went smoothly. We walked out of the dealership with exactly what we wanted and within the price range that we wanted, which was something we hadn’t been able to get at any other dealership. Unfortunately, something completely unexpected happened with the car on the evening that we bought it. We brought it back to the dealership the next morning and they were on it right away! They were kind, apologetic, and extremely helpful. They provided us with a rental car while they solved the unexpected issue. This was all provided at no cost to us (repairs and rental). Mike even made sure the rental had a full tank of gas before we left! The repair was quick and successful! Mike also continued to reach out during the days following the repair to ensure that everything was working as it should. It is obvious that this dealership really cares about the product that they provide. We have found our new dealership going forward! Thank you for everything Mike and Sunrise Chevrolet!
