My husband and I went to Sunrise Chevy last week to test drive an Equinox, just to see if I liked it and if it could be something I would look for in the future. We were lucky enough to have Javier Guzman come out to greet and assist us. I test drove an Equinox that I had seen online in their Certified Pre-owned vehicle listing. Javier was great to work with. No pressure. We drove it, asked a few questions and left. I loved the vehicle. Went home that night and did lots of research and comparisons online. The next night we went back to see Javier with a list of questions. He answered them all for us. Again, no pressure - just information. We ended up trading in my old Impala for the Equinox that night. (I have learned that if you snooze, you lose. And I didn’t want to lose out on this vehicle that turned out to be just what I wanted.)
