Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lady dental assistant was friendly and took the dental x-rays (bitewings) in a professional way. She explained what she was doing. The dentist came after that and introduced himself. He politely explained that he has two emergencies to deal with during my appointment time window and that there would be a short delay. One of them was a school age child with a broken tooth. I indicated I would wait and immersed myself in a book I had taken. It was a short wait, about fifteen minutes, not unheard of in a medical office. When he returned he explained the situation again, conveyed his discomfort for the delay, and fully focused on my case. All the clinic personnel were friendly, courteous, and professional.
