Paul responded with an appointment time quickly. When I showed up with my 50 pounds of paper Steve was friendly and courteous. He got me in and out in about 10 minutes. I loved watching my documents get destroyed right before my eyes! Great value! They also recycle laptops and computers for free; all other electronics a nominal fee. Highly recommended!
