The staff were very timely and polite. Everyone seemed genuinely engaged with the process of understanding my dental experiences and what future work could be done. The procedure itself was very professional and there seems to be a desire to be as transparent as possible with the patients.

It had been at least 5 or 6 years since I had been to the dentist, in a large part due to my anxiety, fear, and guilt about how bad I felt my teeth were. Everyone at the practice was so kind and Kayla, the hygienist who did the cleaning, was AMAZING at making the process as comfortable as possible. She checked in regularly to see how I was doing, thoroughly explained the process, answered all my questions, etc. And Dr Forbes was also very kind and easy to talk to. For the first time, I left without my mouth screaming in pain or tasting like blood. I was so anxious going in and walked out more relaxed than I have EVER felt after a dental appointment. I'm feeling happier about the state of my teeth and smile and I am so grateful for the care of this team.
