By far the best customer service we have ever experienced from Brandon and his wife Cathrine. We are so blessed and pleased to have gone to this wonderful family owned and operated dealership. With our growing family, we were driving around a run-down Honda accord. It was so hard even fitting my 2 middle aged sons and their sister’s car seat. We definitely needed more room especially having to add another car seat in the future. This beautiful van caught both mine and my husband’s eyes and we figured we give it a try. Knowing both of our credits aren’t the greatest, we gave it a shot anyway. Brandon did his magic at his finger tips and made it happen!! I bought a car from Big Island Used Cars a year ago. I want to familiar with Subaru's so got the warranty. After a year of problem free driving there is a shake going fast. So I called in to ask for advice on a mechanic. They were as friendly and helpful as the day I bought the car. It was very refreshing. The mechanic they sent me to is getting me in early the next morning. This made what had started out frustrating into a pleasant experience.
