Kris was AMAZING.
She specifically embodied the professional And empathy that all nurses strive for, and delivered it with ease and grace.
I own an IV company, and I would hire her in an instant. Heck, I would have her run the company.
I’ve had many IV Treatments and I believe they are key to my increasing and improving health, even though I am now 45 years old and I can hurt myself from sitting or getting out of bed in the morning.
However, when I needed help, Kris came quickly, and I was blown away with something I had never experienced before. She knew I was hurting, and she knew my symptoms, and she took the time to order me an Instacart delivery of fluids and electrolytes. I never could’ve had otherwise, because I was barely able to pick up the phone or talk in my current state.
This may sound simple, and it may sound superfluous, but when you have somebody caring for you, and they think of things you never would’ve asked for, it builds trust and ensures that you know you are being well taken care of. In medicine, as with all business, trusting the provider and the treatment is key to It’s a success. Trust is the speed of business and the speed of recovery, and I’m back in the saddle because of what Kris did.
The natural empathy and medical knowledge, wrapped in a bow of professionalism and expertise, changed the direction of my day from crashing to soaring, I can’t thank her and Pure IV enough.
11/10. The scale should go to 11 for her not 10. She is clearly Above the Rest!
