I had a great experience with Mobile IV Colorado! I’m currently in pain due to a kidney stone, and this business made it super easy to schedule and even be seen the same day. The fluids medicine (Zofran and Toradol is what I opted for) always helps when I have a stone, so I was happy to find out about MIVC. Side note: If you’re going to ask for Toradol, make sure you don’t take any ibuprofen prior to your appointment; Tylenol is fine, though! This service is perfect for someone like me that does not need medical attention (go to the hospital or see a doctor if you have a serious and persisting problem) but needs relief from illness caused by issues such as nausea and inflammation. My provider, Tyler, was extremely kind, punctual, and professional. He had wonderful skill when inserting and removing the IV catheter! The medications didn’t have any side effect (which I appreciate after having been on so many for my stones), and the only thing I noticed was a funny taste in my mouth, but that’s normal with IV fluids. All I had to do was chill out and rest on the couch while Tyler did his thing. He made sure to take my vitals, too. Tyler also did a great job explaining everything he was doing and telling me about options for fluids. After all was said and done, I felt better than when I started the day; I had been up all night from inflammatory pain and nausea! Payment was also very easy. The provider will accept cash, card, or Venmo/PayPal. You do have the option to tip if you feel you received good service (and I definitely did!). The price was a no brainer when compared to my hospital bills, and I will absolutely be using this business’s services again. Thank you Mobile IV Colorado!
