My wife hadn’t been feeling well for 5 or 6 days and had even been to Urgent Care for help. She was experiencing some sort of respiratory issue but had tested negative for COVID, flu, RSV, etc so the Urgent Care folks chalked it up to bronchitis. Two days later she was still bed ridden, coughing, wheezing, and felt miserable. I came across Mobile IV of Colorado and gave them a call in a last ditch effort to help give my wife some sort of relief/help from her affliction. Beth from Mobile IV of Colorado showed up to our home just a couple hours after my initial phone call to the company. Beth was amazing! She was very professional and was genuinely concerned about how my wife was feeling and how she could help. Beth took the time to find out my wife’s medical history, her concerns, and what she was looking for in a treatment. Beth then went over several options with my wife explaining the costs and benefits of them all before finally deciding on a treatment. During the treatment Beth was very nice and we wound up sharing stories about ourselves, our families, and our pets. Beth even texted us the following day to ask if my wife was feeling better and to say how cordial we were while she was at our home. My wife felt so much better she suggested that she and I both have an IV treatment before our upcoming 30-year anniversary where we are planning on taking a week long cruise. Our experience with Mobile IV of Colorado was fantastic made even better by Beth and her wonderful bed side manner! We will be return customers!
