Shannon was so cheerful, kind and knowledgeable! She explained everything to us and was so friendly. I am a hard stick and she got me on the first time. She was unfazed by our crazy kids running around and gave us suggestions as to what additions we may want. Highly recommend the company and especially Shannon! Thanks so much!!
