I can't begin to tell you how gratifying it has been studying and passing the Strength Coach exam. The breakdown of science was what I signed up for and I got it. Concepts are explained well and now I can continue learning at a higher level. Highly recommend NCSF. The test taking was so easy and use friendly while also accommodating those of us not comfortable going to a physical test center at this time. The registration process for the remote testing was simple to pass. For any of you seeking your next certification, especially during the pandemic, this is it.
