The customer service on guiding me along the way of preparing for my exams when I had questions on top of questions has been very respectful, very responsive, nice and understanding. I just passed my exam on the 4th of February 2021 to be a certified personal trainer and it was definitely an experience which I’ve learned a lot and still learning as I go. Definitely recommend anyone with a drive to excel and to be successful to take on that path here with this organization!

I really appreciate to study with the NCSF. The topics were clear, you have a reference book but also lecture notes and audio notes available. The practice exam is also helpful to see the exam format. Concerning the remote exam, it was really smooth and really well organized (don't hesitate to read the preliminary actions to do before the exam to avoid overstress during the exam day) And last but not least, certification well received at home (Belgium 🇧🇪) and well recognized by the European representative (EREPS) Really good experience
