Went to the workshop in Chicago February 23/24. What a fantastic workshop Jason our instructor did a great job in presenting the information. Very well organized program. If you haven’t been to a workshop I highly suggest it.

Although a bit short, the workshop was great!! It covered all the basics. It's a great baseline to build on!!

The NCSF class and hands on workshop was a real bargain. Don’t skip this if your wanting to be a personal trainer or coach.
