The class instructor was professional and brought the study material to life. I’m an experienced trainer and I still found nuggets of new material to bring to my clients.

I attended this workshop at a 24 hour fitness location in Colorado! It was a great workshop! I feel like I learned a lot of information within the two days of going!

NCSF's workshops are vital and REALLY helpful for those who are prospect trainers/and gym rats who aren't totally sure what they are doing!!! Mr. Hicks is really knowledgeable, engaging, and flexible in the workshops!
