Everyone at Regency was very easy to work with. Our bathroom remodel went very smoothly, even with a few change requests made midway through the process. Even with our requested changes (which were relatively minor) there was no increase in the charge for the job. Everything was done as described, and done efficiently. The workers were on the job 8 to 5, and left the house neat at the end of the day. We'd recommend Regency whole heartedly and would use them again for other remodeling projects

I used Regency for 2 bathroom remodels (down to the studs, starting from scratch), new wood flooring and painting. All I can tell you is that these guys know what they are doing. Bruce was awesome to work with. Onsite at least 2x per week to check the progress. The guys are great, clean and show up when they say they will be there. The project came out incredible, exactly what I wanted, and the price for all the work was definitely fair. Highly recommend.

Bruce was our sales guy, he was great asked the questions, since we were new to remodeling, we had a basic idea what we wanted and Bruce drew up everything and it came out great. Bruce also came at least twice a week to check on the progress and see if I had any questions. Bruce gave us a time frame in when it would be completed and the work was completed earlier than expected. Arthur was gentleman that did all the work, he was very polite, always cleaned up after himself and helped up us with some decisions on where things should go, he was great. They were fantastic. Bruce provided a very professional and competitive quote on two projects- a Bathroom remodel and 10 Window replacements. We will be doing the bathroom remodel later but the windows needed to be done for winter. He was extremely customer focused, friendly and is not pushy at all , unlike other window companies that I received quotes from. They offer a large line of product and worked within our budget. Chris was one of the carpenters and his team was fantastic! I never know they were there. They were fast, timely and immaculate and very detailed. They also made sure to call to follow up immediately after the job was completed . We hired Bruce and his team at Regency to renovate our kitchen and it was a very smooth and fast process. Right when we met Bruce we had a feeling that we were going to go with the company. The first design/conversational meeting was really helpful and he was very clear about what he could and could not do and that he would work hard to make us happy. He made sure we were happy and listened to what we wanted as he walked us through the process; including recommending and working with different vendors for the appliances, sink, faucet, hardware, etc. The team (Masic (sp?), Chris, and Roman) worked really hard and got everything done quickly and just the way we wanted it. They came early and worked all day long and asked questions when needed. Masic was great at giving some recommendations about aesthetics and even went out and got us some really great under counter lighting. Bruce came to the site a couple of times to check on progress and make sure everything was good. At the end there were a couple little finishing things that needed fixed and touched up, but Bruce and his team were very responsive to that. It was such a quick process and fairly painless as far as a kitchen renovation goes. We are very, very happy with the outcome and so glad we decided to go with Regency.

We completed our bathroom remodel a week ago and love it. We replaced everything and Bruce and the team were able to execute all aspects from plumbing/electrical, flooring, fixtures, painting and accessories. We liked being able to shop on our own for materials but still take advantage of Regency's discounts, giving us control of the budget beyond the core cost quoted up front. Regency's cost is competitive and we appreciated the early design work to help us understand the options and feel confident the bathroom would match our vision.
