I am taking the time to write this review because of how pleased I am with our remodeling experience with Regency. It exceeded our expectations. We interviewed five companies and picked Regency because of Bruce's ability to provide great suggestions, fair pricing and his friendly demeanor. He wanted to work with us not just for us.
We have been so pleased during the entire process with Bruce and his craftsman. We completely gutted a bathroom and remodeled a bedroom, as well as tore down a wall and did a lot of work and changes to the front of our house and garage. We replaced the front and side doors and lots more. They kept our living area as clean as possible during the construction. They were always there when they said they would be and when we requested minor changes, they were quick to accept them and were very friendly but professional. Bruce always gave us suggestions to help us stay within our budget and on schedule.
The craftsmanship was of the highest quality. The tile work, painting, siding and flooring was amazing. Overall, as we continue to upgrade our property, whatever the project is, Bruce and his crews will be our first pick. They are excellent at meeting our biggest concerns which are price (staying within budget), reliability (they always were there when they said they would be) and meeting the agreed schedule (they finished when they said they would).
We couldn't be more pleased and will continue to use Regency for planned future projects. We highly recommend no matter the size of the job.

Regency was hired to do a whole house remodel outside the basement for my husband and I. From the outset Bruce and his team were very professional and did everything they could to make the job go as smooth as possible. Bruce had an excellent handle of the scope of the work we desired and the constraints of our budget. He was able to get the renovation we wanted well within our budget.
What also impressed us about Regency is that they have a tremendous follow through after the job is done. Bruce addressed any concerns we had time and time again after the job was completed.
In regards to the quality of the workmanship, we have had many family and friends that were extremely impressed with the job. The work is quite frankly outstanding. Machek, in particular, is a true craftsman and visionary. The team at Regency were able to see which layouts worked best and always presented multiple options to us. We are planning on finishing a basement possibly in the future and if we do so, we would strongly consider hiring Regency for the job based on our positive experience.

I can't say enough good things about Regency and their team! We met with a few other contractors before Regency and the difference in customer service was astounding. Bruce met us for our appointment and we instantly knew we were dealing with a knowledgeable and experienced company. Bruce took his time and walked us through everything. He listened to all of our ideas and answered our 1 million questions. He even helped us with the design aspect!! We never felt rushed or bullied into compromising what we really wanted, which was very important to us. What we also loved about Regency is Bruce stayed our point of contact during the duration of our project!
We were nervous about such an extensive renovation with our full house, but Bruce and his crew made it as smooth as possible! The crew was very polite and courteous while working on our home. They respected all the surrounding areas which minimized any messes trailing away from the kitchen. The crew worked quickly, but skillfully and cleaned up each day before leaving. Bruce checked on our project regularly, making sure everything was on schedule. From start to finish we were completely taken care of.
The finished project looks amazing! Everything was done with quality and all the suggestions Bruce made came out fantastic. We are so impressed with their skill level and customer service, that we are already considering re-doing our bathroom! I highly recommend Regency to anyone interested in remodeling their home!!!

Regency exceeded all my expectations when they remodeled my bathroom! Remodeling can be stressful, but Bruce made the process easy. He was extremely hands on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. Finished today! It's beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The crew that did the job really knew their stuff, showed up on time, put protection down and all around, cleaned up when they left for the day, and were generally top notch pros. Maciek and Roman were the two stars but others who came on one day or another were all good.

This is to recommend Bruce Pinsler and Regency Home Remodeling to you. Bruce and his team remodeled our 1970’s bathroom and created a 2014 bathroom that is a work of art. Choosing Bruce to remodel our bathroom was one of the best decisions we have made in regards to our home.
Bruce and his team are knowledgeable, dependable, creative and skillful. Bruce was able to come up with a solution for any concerns we had. He was never late, never missed an appointment with us and started and finished the job in the time he originally told us he would.
The craftsmen that did the work were so neat, so polite and above everything else so very talented. The workers are totally trustworthy – we left them alone in our home most days, they carefully locked our house before leaving. They protected all of the furniture in our bedroom which adjoins the work area. Every night they cleaned up the work area and took down all the protective walls so we did not have to be inconvenienced at all. We are pretty particular people and I can honestly say that the workmanship was beyond compare. Every tile is perfectly placed (the tile work was especially important to us), the light placement is flawless, the sheetrock and painting are exceptional and the finish work is outstanding!
Bruce guided us through every decision in a pleasant friendly manner that we really appreciated. It is without one bit of hesitation that we recommend Bruce and Regency. You are more that welcome to call us, Bruce has our number.
