“I had a positive experience. They were quick to respond to everything and are just good with the follow up and communication. The work is good, they gave me a lot of input with the design. So they completely redid the kitchen and they also put up some custom shelving, custom shelves and cabinets in a different part of the house and prepped the fireplaces for some fire work I'm going to be doing. I interviewed a few companies so it was somewhat timing and the person that I was working with, the contractor Bruce. B , I would recommend them. They are still doing work for us, it's like an ongoing process.”

“They did good work. We were pleased with the final outcome. They remodeled a bathroom, replaced the fixtures and the tile. The customer service was the part that was a little bit of a struggle, some issues that the project manager that the project manager was supposed to be taking care of he had me take care of and I told him I'm very busy now and I have a lot of work to do and I didn't argue over what you asked to do this work to be paid since I expected you to do this work and now to keep the project going I have to do this and that didn't work out so well for me. I had some deadlines and I work from home. They seemed like their approach to the project would be what I was looking for. I would definitely give them a B. I would recommend them.”

“There were just problems. They estimated the work to be 3.5 weeks. It's been over 7 weeks so double the time so you know it cost me a lot of money just not living here. I had bathrooms done so everything came out everything new came in. They installed new floors and 600 sq ft of wall and I replaced the fixture, switches and outlets and installed two lights. I'm not sure how their customer service has been throughout the process. I had problems here and there which I'm sure everybody does. Ryan, TJ has been pleasant but not with the end it hasn't been so good because he kept sending me invoices for things that I should pay so there is a lack of communication between him and the workers because everything they've done is what's already in the contract and I feel they tried to overcharge me when the work was done so that wasn't pleasant either so I had to waste my time on that call everybody and straighten some things out so they will communicate with each other. “I was satisfied with the work that they did and the cost to perform the work. I have been trying to get them back out here though for about a month for a minor repair that needs to be done. I've talked to the owner a couple of times and they've yet to come out and fix that problem. I would recommend them from the standpoint of the work they did. Everything else looks pretty good, for whatever reason it's just a minor adjustment needs to be made to a gutter and I'm sure that they are working on larger projects right now and they expect to get mine done sooner or later but it has been a little bit frustrating the fact that their follow up hasn't been as good as I would've liked. They did gutters and soffits, roof repair, some other things around the roof and windows. They did quite a bit of work. Everything was all exterior, they also tuck-pointed my house.”

“They were relatively on time and they were on budget. They did a kitchen remodel. It was clean. I would recommend them. I'd say B , it's just I had a couple issues at the end. Just little things that needed to be fixed after they finished the job that we found, nothing crazy but a few things that could've been done better.”

Bruce and Arthur were very nice and Arthur did a fantastic job with his work on our bathroom. He cleaned everything up before he left every day and he was VERY trustworthy. The only thing I would like next time is to have a final bill for everything up front. They gave us an estimate but it came way over and we even decided to keep our medicine cabinets and cabinetry in order to cut down on the expenses.

“There were two workers that came, one of them, the one with less seniority, the younger one, was wonderful. The other one, I just felt, took advantage. He would tell me he was going to be there at seven and he'd show up at ten. It was just frequent things like that, asking if he could leave very quickly to get very minor parts and would come back four hours later. I spoke with the owner and addressed it, this was just a few of the things, there were more things than that and addressed it with him and just left it at that. The quality of the work was fine, I would give them an A for that. As I said, we left it at that. I would just give a B for the quality of the work, but maybe a C for the work ethic of the one employee. A B- is fine.”

“I would say between neutral and positive. I don't want to fully say positive, I don't want to fully say neutral. I believe the contractor, the main contractor could have better communication. It would've definitely helped if he had been on site more often than what he had promised us to execute the full project. This was a bathroom remodeling project they did for us. This was a, the entire bathroom was remodeled, the tub was taken out and replaced with standing showers and the vanity was changed, the flooring was changed, everything. The end product has been very good, I mean excellent. But then the work itself, it took too long than what it was scheduled for and it could have been done better in terms of execution. You can say good work with little issues, I would agree. If I were to recommend Bruce to someone else, I would hesitate honestly, just because of the way he comes across. He's a great sales guy, but then when it does come to, actually when you engage him and everything. Th

“Mixed reviews. I think my bathrooms came out beautiful but getting to that point was very difficult. There was no clean up going on along the way, major, major problems with that. Well one of the things that I talked to him about was the fact that he needed to spend a half hour every day cleaning up. I mean my doors, my walls, everything was , there was a lot of issues. You know, it's so hard to grade because I'm very, very happy with my bathrooms but I could never recommend them based upon, I don't think the average person would have dealt with what I had to deal with. Let's put it that way. I think that they would have probably fired them or even five years ago, I probably would have done it myself because it was way beyond what I've ever dealt with before and I've had a lot of remodeling done in my house so this is the worst. And yet they were caring, which was nice but he was young. I would say probably a B.”

Bruce and his team did a really good job remodeling our master bath. His team did a good job of keeping our bedroom clean during the 4 weeks they were working on it. I would definitely recommend Regency to others looking to remodel.

Regency built a roof deck for my wife and I. Was very happy with the way it turned out. Their workers completed project within the allotted time promised and always made sure work area was clean before they left for the day.
The owners were available to discuss any issues or concerns we had. They were amicable and collaborated with us to find the best solution.
I subsequently recommended several other families to use them. They were very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to others as well.

There were some problems be during construction which I pointed out and they were corrected immediately. Rep was very friendly and professional and did not try to sell me anything Idid not want. Would recommend this company and probably will use them for my next project.
