My experience with Micheal and his team was nothing but positive. Not once was there a lack of professionalism nor respect. Not a sense of pretentiousness coming from them either. Believe me there are those that will take your money and sit on it and do absolutely nothing. I learned the hard way about that. That isn't the case with Micheal and his team. Upon contacting Micheal I felt a completely different vibe. From the initial interview to the last phone interview he and his team made the process as painless as it can be. And they helped me through a good deal of the work. From the questions he asked to the info he requested gave me a feeling of confidence and not blindly mind you. I didn't get from my previous attorney. In short I highly recommend this team if you feel you deserve a pardon and are serious about moving forward. Even if you're unsure this team WILL NOT steer you the wrong way. Do your self a favor and give them a call. They become you part of YOUR team. I used Mike in 2013, I needed a pardon and an expunement, He told me what to expect what I needed to do he also told me it would take in the range of a year to get the pardon. In pretty close to a year I got my pardon in 2014, and my expungement a couple months later. The fees were very fair and it was very non complex. Mike and his staff were very easy to work with he always had time for me, and I thank him every day for his help. Semper Fi guys you can't go wrong with this staff.

My experience was so easy and amazing. I was so worried about my record following me around for the rest of my life. We all make mistakes, but that doesn't mean that they all have to hang over our heads. They answered every question that I had, and even answered ones that I didn't think of. It was reasonable priced, and it was quick. Everything that they said was exactly the truth of what all happened. They stayed on keeping me informed through out the whole process. We hired Michael Risley for expungements in a couple of different counties. He and his assistant Paul were very helpful and informative of what was going to happen and about how long the process would take. They responded very promptly to emails and phone calls and never got irritated when we would ask questions. The process went very smooth and just like they explained.
