WOW! Nicolas Joseph has great product and even better customer service. I have the opportunity to work with Jodi. She was not only an expert on Italian fabric but she was excellent as helping me make decisions with so many options.
During the multiple fittings, Jodi was flexible on meeting times and any changes to my body. During the pandemic, I lost weight and I was worried that my suits could be compromised, however, Jodi and the team was able to make everything fit me perfectly ( 2 suits, tuxedo, and blazer). Jodi was able to provide me great feedback on what was flattering to my body frame - this was probably my favorite quality of Nicolas Joseph and the team.
As someone who wears suits often, I don't think I will ever go off the rack again. Nicolas Joseph has great price points as well in comparison to other custom clothing services. I will be back soon!
