These chickens are the best I have ever had. They have rich looking yellowish meat that has so much flavor. Try them spatchcocked roasted. It will not only knock off roasting time but also results in a more perfectly cooked chicken. Ask Martha Stewart. They are delicious!

I had been researching regenerative farms when I came across Hungry Hollow farms. I am so happy I did! I got lucky because there was a share of beef available. A first for this farm, yes, but I think of it as a blessing to me and my husband. We are hunters and I refuse to eat beef from the store. At the time we were down to our last bit of deer. My husband did get an elk that year luckily but we also have this beautiful and tasty beef from the farm. Grant was great to talk to. Very intelligent and educated on the importance of sustainability and regenerative farming. We are excited to try more products this year. The pork sounds wonderful and I'm excited to try the chicken too. Thank you for what you do!!

We just had our first chicken batch home delivery and they are truly amazing, both the flavor and texture. They don’t taste like anything we tried from a store, even those organic, “free range” chickens Whole Foods sells.
