We have been eating local, pastured meat for many, many years, and Hungry Hollow Farm's chicken is the BEST we have ever eaten. Ordering through the website is very easy, and their packaging is spot on. Our last order of chickens arrived via UPS late in the evening, and we didn't know the boxes had been delivered. So, they were left on the porch accidentally overnight, and the chickens were still solidly frozen and the packaging was perfect the next morning. Our family is grateful to Hungry Hollow Farm for the amazing local food they provide! Highly recommended

The owners are awesome, so fun to see the cows and chickens when you drive in. The eggs, whole chicken and honey are in the fridge on the porch, cash only. Highly recommend.

I purchased some of Hungry Hollow Farm's pasture raised chickens. They were amazing. It's hard to imagine chicken tasting different from the "things" you buy in the store. But - believe me, they taste much better.
I also bought into a pork share and beef share from Hungry Hollow Farm this year. The beef is amazing. It tastes so much better than what you can get at the store.
Plus it's so tender. I usually can't finish a steak - but the ones we've had have been tender with so much flavor - I ate the whole thing!
We've enjoyed the pork as well. It's so nice to have a selection of meat available - in our own "meat market".
I can't say enough good about the products that come from Grant's farm. It really makes a difference knowing the story behind what you eat and knowing that they were raised with care and given the best life possible.

Wow, just, wow. The flavor in these chickens is incredible! My wife and I have known Farmer Grant from our previous lives but had never made the leap to eating pasture-raised chicken.... until a few months ago.
My wife has been vegetarian for ages but her need for a good protein to balance with her running and cross-fit drove her.
I by default ended up "vegetarian" because my wife AND I saw how some meat is "raised". I couldn't consciously do it anymore.
We finally pulled the trigger and visited Farmer Grant and splurged for 4 frozen chickens. We thawed our first chicken and did a simple oven cooking and my goodness, if that wasn't the best chicken I have ever had!
We just today picked up 8 more chickens to stock up with! I look forward to finding more recipes.
Oh, we save all of our vegetable and chicken scraps for the stock pot: I can't wait to make soups with the chicken stock!

Hungry Hollow Farms is producing healthy and natural food. I decided to buy 3 more dozen eggs to give to my friends. I told Grant, it is the least expensive, freshest, natural, perfect, delightful gift. Patchin showed us the little ones growing and the laying chickens in the field, naturally fertilizing the ground. The farm in such a huge important part of the community. Thank you for what you are doing. BarBara

These chickens are exceptional! They make the best roast chicken dinner ever, followed by super flavorful bone broth the next day The passion and care Farmer Grant has for his flock is obvious and infectious, now my kids want their own chickens!!!
