Implant process is clearly outlined and excellent patient care was provided by Dr Stoner and staff. Only shortfall was I had to inquire about balance, only to learn of a $1,000 credit. Front office should be proactive on such matters. I had to request a check. This is reason for 4 star rating vs 5 star.

The staff is outstanding. Very helpful very calming. The doctor does excellent work! My only comment would be that it would be nice to see the dentist before the procedure. I never got to see him when I had my bone graft or the implant put in.
