In the process of replacing garage doors, we discovered termite damage to the frame and header above doors. Darrel (not sure of spelling) came out and performed the most thorough inspection we have ever had. He checked the entire exterior perimeter, the basement, and the garage. Fortunately, he found no active infestation. He went over our options, explained where and how termites enter wood and cause damage, and what to look for in the future. In addition to being a “termite expert”, Darrel is just a really nice guy and didn’t try to scare us into spending more money than we needed to. I would recommend Gunter for any pest control issues, termite inspections when purchasing a home, etc.
