After having our current pest control provider attempt to sell us on a Termite plan, we called Gunter for a second opinion & inspection. Dale was extremely professional and educational - she showed us evidence of where the house has been previously treated before we purchased it as well as confirmed that the evidence shown to us by Joshua's in the flower beds was no more than "mold" in the Mulch. Will certainly be switching to Gunter for regular service upon expiration of our agreement with Joshua's. 10 out of 10

Not only was Dale on time which I very much appreciate but he was so personable and helpful in explaining what he was seeing and looking for. Dale was very very friendly and just gave an overall great experience and made this an easy process for us.

Dale was very helpful with our termite inspection today. He called beforehand and gave us an ETA as promised, and he was right on time. He had to get in a crawl space full of mosquitoes, but it was reassuring to know our daughter's new house had already been treated for termites. We are grateful he didn't push us to pay for something we didn't need right now.
