I appreciate the inspector that came to look at our home. He was thorough and efficient. Was also not pushy on selling us treatment that was not needed, in fact he advised that there was obvious signs of termite treatment being completed recently and not needed at this time. Other competitors tried to sell me and require to pay for them in advance prior to their inspection. I appreciate paying a small inspection fee and not having to outlay in needed cost for treatment. Will definitely be contacting for future pest service with confidence.

We had some carpenter ants and concerns about spiders. Ben came to check out the properties and explained to us how they would treat the house and take care of the ants' colony. During his visit today, Ben worked on the whole house and paid great attention to all important areas including the attic and the exterior. We are very pleased with the service and look forward to the result.
