Just started a quarterly subscription. Elijah came out and did a great job. Very thorough and explained the whole process. He also told me exactly what to do to make sure my dog wasn’t nearby while he was spraying inside and outside. Would recommend!

I've been working with Gunter Pest Management for five years on multiple properties, and I have to say, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their team has done an excellent job keeping pests away from my commercial properties, and even more impressive is their work on my residential properties. When I was dealing with ants and mice on one of my residential properties, Gunter Pest Management was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue.
I particularly enjoyed working with Dale Austin, their termite expert. Historically, we've had termite issues at our commercial properties, but since working with Gunter Pest Management and getting a termite system installed, we haven't had any recurrence of the problem. Additionally, Gunter Pest Management is very competitive in terms of pricing compared to other local providers.
What sets Gunter Pest Management apart from other companies is their honesty and transparency. They take the time to explain issues and how to correct them, and they will even make referrals to other companies if they feel it's necessary. I appreciate that they are candid about whether their services are necessary or not. For example, they assessed one of my properties and recommended that I take care of a few minor issues on my own instead of charging me unnecessarily.
When I moved into a new house, I had concerns about termites and carpenter ants. Gunter Pest Management came out and spent time walking the full property with me, pointing out areas that had historically had termites and where termite treatment had occurred in the past. They indicated that termites were no longer an issue on this property and gave me advice on how to address other concerns.
For their excellent service, fair pricing, and honest advice, I can confidently recommend Gunter Pest Management to anyone in the Kansas City metropolitan area looking for pest management services.
