I switched over from Blue Beetle in 2021 or 2022 I believe and it was the absolute best decision I have ever made. I’ve always had a continuous problem with bugs when I had Blue Beetle but with Gunter Pest I haven’t at all, and their technicians (this time it was Anthony Martinez) do a fantastic job. Anthony went above and beyond and helped me locate a wasp nest and get rid of them even though I had no evidence there was a nest.

My fiancé and I previously lived in an apartment that used Gunter for pest control and Ben was always the technician that serviced our unit. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He listened on the rare occasion we might have a concern and would treat accordingly. We were sad to lose him when we moved out, but after one year killing spiders and various bugs in our basement, we decided to call up our old apartment manager to get contact info for Gunter. We scheduled with Ben and he was in and out very efficiently, but also took time to explain what he was doing, what he’s looking for, and what I can keep my eyes out for. It was an excellent customer service experience!

We just recently bought a new house and noticed some termite activity in the yard, so we didn’t waste a minute getting a professional option. Gunter sent out Dale Austin who was quick to respond to the problem. As new homeowners and people who are also new to the area, Dale was kind enough to take the time to share his knowledge of the neighborhood and personal experience with pest control and pest control maintenance to help us better protect our home.
