I used Gunter years ago for general pest prevention and had great results. I moved and used a competitor for a while who was ok. Then I had rodent issues and found that they would be double the price of Gunter. I called Gunter who came out in 2 days, inspected for activity and entry points, laid bait, and continued the pest treatment. The inspector was extremely nice and explained his thoughts about the rodent situation. Great experience!
