Ben was our service tech. He called before our appointment, arrived on time, and was very thorough and his treatment of our home. All lights were turned off, doors locked, and there was nothing to clean up after he left. I would certainly give him a five star rating.

Had Leo out today to do an inside and outside spray. He is always so kind and thorough - and it's so rare that we see any bugs inside due to the great service we get from Gunter. We'd never think of switching companies!

The technician was very nice and professional. He recognized what the problem was and treated the area where the insect problem was found. He explained what he was using for treatment and made sure I had no pets or small children who would be irritated by the chemical. He explained when he would check with me in the future to make sure the insect problem was solved.
