The workman entered our home with no mask. I didn’t let him in and he was just finishing by the time I came inside. Companies need to make sure all employees wear masks when entering a person’s house.

Technician was fine. Thought he would perform an inspection to look for evidence of mice versus just placing traps. I probably could have gone to the hardware store and bought similar traps for less $.

Unfortunately the company was unable to make it within my initial service appointment window, and only contacted me after I texted to cancel at the end. I don’t have the PTO to wait for hours and no one show up. I value my time, I need a company that does the same. Edit for response: Thank you for responding. In your response you stated they arrived near end, and your technicians always call if they will be cutting it close, but my experience was that I wasn’t contacted until 2:54 saying they would be there in 15min only after I texted a few minutes earlier. I get that delays happen but I think we can all agree that I should have been contacted before the last 5minutes of a 1-3p appointment window. I’ve heard nothing but great things about your company, and I’m sure 99.9% of the time your technicians do an amazing job, arrive in the appointment window or call if you’re behind. Unfortunately for me, I fell into that .1% and I’ve had too many experiences with wasting PTO waiting for a company to show up. I will definitely consider you in the future as you’re still considered one of the best in the area.

After 4 calls still have issues with crabgrass, repeated billing errors in sending invoices in spite of prepayment, do not disclose what lawn is treated with, arrive sometimes more than a week after scheduled. Wsh hadn't prepaid for the year and intend to change services for next season.

One of the female workers at the office was very unprofessional and rude with an attitude. My tenant who called to schedule an appt even told me she said bad things about me on the phone. What kind of company have staff that treat customers like this?! They also have problems locating and setting up appts. I have over 60 rentals and used to hire them many times a year for treatment. It’s hit and miss with them. Techs that come out seem professional enough but horrible office personnel with no people skills. I will not hire them again since there are so many other companies out there to choose from.

I paid $160.00 for initial treatment plan then it would be $35.00 a month as needed for 6 months OK? I planned to have them Here every month to make Shure problem was solved my $ Right??? they would argue that I needed to wait for treatments to work then they had me skip treatments telling me to wait? When the problem reaccured they said it's about time for your annual treatment again to start the process again!?? I started the services​ in july2016 now it's May 2017 their treatments​ work but the catch is that they really don't want you to go anywhere and play games to keep the Hook in your ass!!$$$$$$$$$$

Not great. Used in the past, but this year they messed up our first appointment. A week after our expensive treatment we had major ant issues. I called and was told that we had to pay more for another treatment. I understand if it was 6 months later, but 1 week? Clearly something wasn't applied correctly. Will not be using again.

Today we were quoted 240 for an interior service, the same service that we paid 107. 8 months ago! We were not on any service plan when we first moved in. This is for a 1300 sq foot house. We'll use a sprayer and buy insecticide and spray ourselves.
